Ends don't meat means

By Vanesa Stylez

Hair ends crumbling?  Is your hair looking blah?  You're hair is growing out beautiful at the roots, but it's ends remind you of an old straw broom.  The kind of broom used so much, it should be thrown away.
No need to worry, but your ends are past due. It's  time to cut your ends.
The ends of your hair should be trimmed  about every 3 to 4 months.  Many of you that avoid cutting your ends, usually will develop split ends.  ( hair strands that have actually split at the end).  Split ends are unattractive for anyone's hair and slow down hair growth.  One may also develop dry hair and brittle ends from excessive use of hair tools such as flat irons and blow dryers.
Avoid the accumulation of bad ends traveling up your hair strands....  Ask your stylist for a hair regimen.  Find out when you should come to your stylist for a trim.
Keep up with cutting those ends.  They can be like old baggage displayed on your head.  Cut them off.  When you feel your hair maintaining its softness, luster, and see it's increasing growth - you'll be  glad you did.
